Bratz Series: Jade inspired Makeup

Hello beautiful readers, Guess what look I'll be posting today?? Well, I already told you in the title, Haha.
So today it's a Jade inspired look but, this time I've used a different kind of photo for my inspiration. I have used a drawn picture of Bratz to create the previous looks, this time it was an actual doll that gave my the idea for today's post. Here is today's inspiration source:

And here is my look:

and looking away from the camera ^_^ :

If you like the look, then please, keep on reading.

So basically what I did was, I started with a simple black smokey then used a glittery black on top of it. As a highlight and allover the bare area above the black, I applied a shimmery silvery white. Also, sweeping some matte black under the lower lashes seemed like a good idea so I did it. Finally I put on some false lashes and coated them with black mascara and that was about it.

I hope my description was easy enough for anyone to recreate it, if you have any thing to say or ask please do and I'll be sure to get back to you as soon as I can. Bye, xoxo

Bratz Series: Cloe inspired Makeup

Hi everyone,,,, I'm here today with another Bratz look, this time inspired by Cloe.

Photo: free wallpaper at

Here is the look from my perspective:

This is the look from another angle.

A light pink lid with a very dark brown cut-crease, and a warm reddish brown to blend the dark brown upwards.
As a highlight, I used sparkly skin-tone color and under the lower lashes I extended some of the warm reddish brown mixed with some black.
To finish the look, I drew a thick black liner and double winged it and added some black mascara. I forgot to mention in my first Bratz post that if you have an obviously-fake lash set then that would give you a doll like look, so go ahead and use it. ^_^

I hope you enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed putting it together, and I'll be coming back with another Bratz look soon, xoxo

Bratz Series: Yasmin Lips

Hi everyone. as I mentioned last post, I'll do Bratz lips in a separate post. So here is the look I'm trying to recreate:

and this is the result:

so If you want to know how to approximately achieve this lip shape, then keep on reading.

Start with smooth lips. The trick to a "natural" looking Bratz lips is to take away from the lip area almost as much as you add. As you can see in the next photo -where The white line represents roughly where my natural Lip line was- I have outlined the center of my upper and lower lips and in-lined the sides then curved the line up at the corners. I used the darkest lipstick i want to wear for that.

Then with the same color I drew three triangles, two on my top lip starting from the corners of my mouth, and finishing at the center of my lips, and a bigger one on the bottom lip (marked with black)
Next I used the medium color lipstick to fill in the rest of my lip and blended as much as possible with the edges of the dark lip color.
Last thing I did for the lipstick was to use a very light lip color and highlight the center of each lip and blend very well.
Finally I used a lip liner matching my skin tone and erased the parts of my lips which didn't have lipstick on. mainly the areas shown in the next photo (you can skip this step if you used any lip erasing products before you start)

and there you have it, Kinda wearable Bratz lips ^_^
If you have anything to say about today's post please comment below, and I'll talk to you soon, xoxo

Bratz Series: Yasmin inspired Makeup

Why Bratz? well, I like them. ^_^ So this is going to be a series of looks based on the Make up looks of different Bratz dolls.
The eyes will be always dramatic but wearable. I'll do the lips in a separate post and they'll  be cartoon like, meaning unwearable, But hey, if you want to wear your lips like that feel free.

My look is based on this wallpaper that my daughter downloaded for free from the official Bratz website.
I cropped the photo to show only Yasmin's face.

And here is my inspiration/recreation of her make up

I tried to shape my eye brows like hers, I don't think I did a good job there, ha ha.
I also did a double winged eyeliner to kind of give the same Huge Lashes effect, but in a wearable way.

What do you think? Did I do a good job? Should I keep on with this series?
please tell me what your thoughts are about all of this. Thank you in advance, and I'll talk to you soon, xoxo

MUFE's Tres Vichy By Me

Oh My God, I couldn't resist any more.
When I first saw this look I thought it was so pretty and I've been waiting until I buy the Lashes with the bow detail to try recreating it. Yesterday I was going through some of last season's beauty magazines and I came across this article.
And all my resistance went down with a crash.
So I challenged myself to recreate this look without using any Make Up For Ever products, well except for their cake liner. Mainly because I don't have a cake liner in any other brand.

This was the finished result:

You might be wondering, whats happening under my lower lash line? well, the photo I tried to recreate isn't clear about what to do under the eyes so I improvised by smudging some greenish black, then I just went a little over the board and drew on some fake "lashes".
Also excuse my less than perfect eyeliner, I'll go tomorrow to Ikea and buy me a new mirror. ^_^

Hope you liked that and if you have any comments or thoughts please don't be shy, I'll talk to you all soon, xoxo
